Rebecca Freeman
I’ve spent two decades walking beside people through their most transformational seasons—blending clinical training with lived experience.
With postgraduate qualifications and studies across somatics, neuroscience, trauma, and a rich history with shamanic practice and Human Design, my work is rooted in both evidence and embodiment, practical and magical. I’ve supported thousands of neurodivergent, creative, and sensitive humans to return to themselves - not from a pedestal, but through presence, curiosity, and real reverence.
I founded THE SANCTUM because I’ve lived the complexity of holding it all together while quietly unravelling things beneath the surface. This space exists because I know how rare it is to be met with clear sight and full support with no agenda. That’s what we offer here.

More than credentials
here’s who I am, and how I’m in service to you.
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychosomatic therapist, with additional degrees in business and applied sciences. Before founding Home of Difference, I held senior roles across multiple industries, and since 2017, I’ve been fully devoted to this field. Home of Difference is my third entrepreneurial venture — and my most personal.
My personal practice is deeply magical and shamanic. I hold a non-materialist view of the world: to me, consciousness is the root system of reality, and matter grows from it.
I became a mother at 23 — a journey that shaped everything. I’ve walked the path of single parenthood, blended family life, and community caregiving. The next generation is my north star. My work is an offering toward rewriting the story of the village, where difference is not just accepted, but celebrated.
I move through the world as a neurodivergent, gifted individual who has lived with c-PTSD and carved space for my own belonging. This shapes every room I hold. My practice is intentionally capped for intimacy and deep tailoring — discovery calls are always welcome if you’re curious to explore working together. I also speak publicly and guest teach for aligned platforms.
As my work is capped for intimacy and the ability to tailor services to individuals, I welcome discovery calls with anyone who is curious about working with me. I am available for public speaking, podcast interviews and guest teaching if the fit is a good match.
