I'm REBECCA

I’ve spent two decades walking beside people through their most transformational seasons—blending clinical training with lived experience.

With postgraduate qualifications and studies across somatics, neuroscience, trauma, and a rich history with shamanic practice and Human Design, my work is rooted in both evidence and embodiment, practical and magical. I’ve supported thousands of neurodivergent, creative, and sensitive humans to return to themselves—not from a pedestal, but through presence, curiosity, and real reverence.

I created THE SANCTUM because I’ve lived the complexity of holding it all together while quietly unravelling things beneath the surface. I also desire to devote my life to those who are changing it. This space exists because I know how rare it is to be met with clear sight and full support with no agenda. That’s what I offer here.
